eAlbum Refer and Earn Guide for Photographers
Learn how the eAlbum photographer referral program works, when ₹50 or ₹100 cashback is credited, and how the ₹500 UPI payout process is tracked.
What is the eAlbum Refer and Earn program?
The eAlbum Refer and Earn program gives an eligible registered user a personal code and registration link that can be shared with another photographer or photo studio. When that new customer uses the code and completes a verified first paid-plan purchase, the referring account receives the published promotional reward. A Basic conversion earns ₹50 and a Pro conversion earns ₹100 under the current program. The reward is attached to the verified payment record rather than the number of links clicked, forms opened or free accounts created. That distinction protects legitimate participants from inflated counts and helps the platform keep a clear audit trail for every cashback entry.
How to share a referral correctly
Sign in to eAlbum and open Refer & Earn from the dashboard. Copy either the personal referral code or the complete registration link. The link is easiest because it fills the code automatically when the recipient opens the registration page. Send it privately through WhatsApp, email or another appropriate channel and explain what eAlbum does before asking someone to register. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, make guaranteed-income claims or pretend to represent another studio. The invited person should register with a real email address, complete OTP verification and confirm that the referral code appears before submitting the form.
When does ₹50 or ₹100 become eligible?
A referral does not earn money merely because someone registers. eAlbum waits until the new customer completes a valid Basic or Pro purchase and the payment gateway verifies the transaction. The first eligible paid conversion determines the reward: ₹50 for Basic or ₹100 for Pro. The same referred account cannot generate repeated rewards through renewals, duplicate callbacks or repeated plan purchases. Free activations, development transactions, failed payments, duplicate accounts, refunds and activity that violates program rules are not eligible. Users can see successful referrals, plan type, amount and reward status in the referral history instead of relying on informal screenshots.
How the ₹500 UPI payout threshold works
Available referral rewards accumulate in the dashboard. When the available total reaches ₹500 and a valid UPI ID is saved, eAlbum automatically creates a payout request for an eligible ₹500 multiple. Rewards assigned to that request change from available to payout pending, preventing them from being counted twice. The UPI ID may be connected to Google Pay, PhonePe or another UPI application, but users should verify the exact destination before saving it. A queued request is not the same as a completed bank transfer. The status changes to paid only after settlement is processed and its transaction reference is recorded.
Keep referral records transparent
A responsible referral program should explain the reward amount, qualifying event, payout threshold and current status in plain language. Participants should keep their registration email active, protect account credentials and never share OTP codes. If a payout appears delayed, compare the available balance with rewards already marked payout pending and confirm the saved UPI ID. Contact support with the registered email and relevant referral or payout details, but never send a password. Promotional rates and eligibility rules can change, so the live Refer & Earn page and dashboard should be treated as the current source of program information.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do free registrations earn referral cashback?
No. Cashback is credited after an eligible referred customer completes a verified first Basic or Pro payment.
Can one referral earn cashback more than once?
No. One referred user can create only one eligible referral reward, preventing renewals or duplicate callbacks from being counted repeatedly.
Can I receive a payout on Google Pay or PhonePe?
Yes, by saving the valid UPI ID connected to the chosen application. The payout request is queued when eligible available rewards reach ₹500.
Is a queued payout already transferred?
No. Queued or pending means the amount has been reserved for processing. Paid means settlement has been completed and recorded.
