Digital Wedding Album FAQ

eAlbum is digital wedding album and flipbook software operated by PCKEY Digital Solutions Private Limited. It turns approved covers, DM pages and inner sheets into a branded browser-based album for photographers and photo studios.

The QR code contains the published album URL. A client scans it with a compatible phone camera or Google Lens and opens the same flipbook link in a browser; the photographs are not stored inside the QR image.

You can select up to 100 inner sheets per upload. Each inner-sheet image supports the formats and size limit displayed in the dashboard, and oversized supported images are processed before transfer where possible.

Yes. Choose either one 12×36 DM spread or exactly two separate 12×18 DM images. The workflow positions the two DM halves at the beginning and end of the inner-album sequence.

Yes. Published albums use a responsive browser viewer for modern phones, tablets and desktop computers. Landscape orientation gives wide wedding spreads more room on mobile screens.

Browsers commonly block sound until the visitor interacts with the page. The viewer provides a music control so the visitor can start audio after opening the album.

Uploaded album media is organized in project-specific Google Drive folders connected to the application. Photographers should still retain independent copies of original photographs and print-ready album files.

Yes. Create the album as a draft, upload and arrange its assets, then use the preview and review workflow. Publish only after confirming the cover, page order, DM pages, music and mobile controls.

The pricing page publishes the current Free, Basic and Pro plan amounts, billing periods, durations and limits. Review that page before purchase because product limits and prices can change.

Anyone who receives an active public link may be able to open and forward it. Treat the URL and QR code as shareable client-delivery links and obtain the couple’s approval before public promotion.
